Food for Thought

In honour of ESEA Heritage Month, EVR organised "Food for Thought," a dynamic cooking class offering participants the opportunity to master two authentic ESEA dishes: Gado Gado and Gimbap. Throughout the culinary journey, participants delved into discussions on the profound influence of food on our overall well-being, deepening our appreciation for holistic health and culinary heritage. Wrapping up the day was a communal meal, fostering community bonds and nurturing connections among all involved.
